ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and shipped within 7–9 business days, unless otherwise specified in the product description. Contact us for rush orders.
SHIPPING OPTIONS & DELIVERY COSTS
Day Street partners with various shipping carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the package.
DELIVERY ADDRESS & P.O. BOXES
We will make every effort to accommodate changes to delivery addresses after an order has been placed; however, we cannot guarantee that modifications will be possible.
INSURANCE AND PROTECTION
We advise all customers to insure packages with our Route Protection Service. If you choose not to do so, please assume all responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage of your products.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Day Street does not currently offer international orders.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website using the provided details.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Due to our products being custom and made to order, all sales are final and returns will not be accepted.
